Registrants are responsible for the consumption of content on their own schedule. IMAPS will not issue full or partial refunds to registrants on the basis of partial consumption.

Technical Failure

It is the responsibility of the registrant to confirm system requirements and test their computers prior to the start of each virtual session. If a technical failure is the fault of the service provider and the session is not able to be broadcast as planned after two hours, IMAPS reserves the right to reschedule the session. A recording of the session will be available for future reference.

Published Broadcast Times

All published broadcast times are based on the Eastern Daylight time zone.

Abuse of Registration

Each attendee registration grants a single license for access to the live and on-demand content for the named registrant only. The login credentials are not to be shared, distributed, or viewed by multiple attendees. If a second or multiple users would like to join, they must register and log in with their unique credentials in order to participate.

Abuse of Content

The IMAPS 2020 virtual symposium is composed of content shared in live, simu-live, and on-demand formats. Content that is deemed sharable, such as presentation slides, abstracts, documents, or exhibitor material, will be provided to the registered attendee either within the virtual event platform or in the form of a downloadable folder. Attendees agree not to capture screenshots or manipulate the virtual platform to access restricted content.

Conduct

Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all conference functions, including but not limited to networking functions, exhibitor interactions, Question and Answer (Q&A) sessions, poster sessions, and the like. Event organizers reserve the right to remove access without refunds to any participant who is deemed by the organizers to be violating professional courtesies.

Cancellations, Transfer, and Refund Policies

Registration fees for the symposium, professional development courses, or any other paid access content are nonrefundable.

Cancellations will not be refunded under any circumstances. However, an attendee may transfer registration for the symposium and/or any applicable Professional Development Courses to another prospective attendee at any point prior to October 1, 2020 with proper written notification provided to IMAPS. Transfers will not be permitted after the virtual event has opened on October 2, 2020. To request a transfer, please notify IMAPS at info@imaps.org

Special Note About PDCs:
PDC courses are subject to cancellation by event organizers at any point prior to the start of the course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be given the option for either a full refund or a transfer to another available course.

Data Collection and Sharing

IMAPS collects data during the registration process that is shared to other registered attendees in order to facilitate networking and collaboration. This personal data is shared via a pre- and post-symposium registration list in the form of a PDF file. Data collected can include, but is not limited to, full name, organization, title, phone number, email address, and mailing address with postal code.

IMAPS does not sell your information or share your registrant information outside the bounds of conference attendees.

By receiving this information, all recipients understand and agree that it is not for unauthorized use, distribution, or sale. Responsible and regulated privacy practices apply to its use.
