Registration Inclusions 

Member, Non-member, Speaker/Chair, and Student conference registration fees include:

  • Access to all keynotes, panels, technical sessions, and featured content for one (1) person.
  • One (1) download of the Conference extended abstracts. (Presentations pending presenter submission and authorization) 
  • IMAPS individual membership extension or membership renewal valid through one year from the registration date.
    *Does not apply to corporate or affiliate memberships

How to Register

  1. Select your registration type from the available options. 
  2. Make payment online with a credit card. 
  3. Receive a confirmation via email.
    1. This will not include your login details for the conference. 
    2. You will receive that in a separate email prior to the event. 

Attendees with a Partnering Company

  • Attendees with a SiP Corporate Partner MUST use the badge forms to register.
  • Reach out to the Primary Show Contact from your company to be included or receive the reduced rate

Cancellation Policy


Registration fees for the symposium, professional development courses, or any other paid access content are nonrefundable.
