Registration Inclusions
Member, Non-member, Speaker/Chair, and Student conference registration fees include:
- Access to all keynotes, panels, technical sessions, and featured content for one (1) person.
- One (1) download of the Conference presentations. (Presentations pending presenter submission and authorization)
- IMAPS individual membership extension or membership renewal valid through one year from the registration date.*
*Does not apply to corporate or affiliate memberships
- Select your registration type from the available options.
- Make payment online with a credit card.
- Receive a confirmation via email.
Attendees with an Exhibitor/Sponsor
- Attendees with a SiP Exhibitor/Sponsor MUST use the badge forms to register.
- Reach out to the Primary Show Contact from your company to be included or receive the reduced rate

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are due in writing to IMAPSHQ@gmail.com. Full refunds from cancellations will be made if cancellation request is received by email on/before June 10, 2022. Cancellations made after June 10, 2022, will be handled as IMAPS credit, not subject to a processing fee, toward a future IMAPS event. Neither refunds nor credits will be issued for cancellations after June 18, 2022.
