The 57th International Symposium on Microelectronics is organized by the International Microelectronics Assembly and Packaging Society (IMAPS) and held in Boston, Massachusetts September 30 - October 3 at the Encore Boston Harbor.
This year's program features 5 technical tracks, plus our Interactive Poster Session. The technical program will span three days of sessions with emphasis on Design, Modeling and Manufacturing; Fanout, RDL, WLP / PLP; High
Performance / High Reliability; Advanced Package (Flip Chip, 2.5D, 3D, Optical); Advanced Process & Materials (Enabling Technology). The Symposium includes the sold-out exhibit hall. All details on exhibit deadlines, deliverables,
and exhibit kit are listed below.

October 2 9:45AM-12:30PM and 1:30PM-6:25PM
Exhibit Hall is closed for lunch each day so exhibitors can enjoy lunch with the attendees.
