IMAPS MEMBERS

Professional Development Course (PDC)

Each PDC is a separate fee from IMAPS Conference Registration. Fee is per course. One course can be taken during each time slot.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation with written email notification to info@imaps.org on/before February 1, 2025 may receive a full refund. An attendee may transfer registration for the workshop and/or any applicable Professional Development Courses to another prospective attendee at any point prior to February 24, 2025 with proper written notification provided to IMAPS. To request a transfer, please notify IMAPS at info@imaps.org. 

Special Note About PDCs:
PDC courses are subject to cancellation by event organizers at any point prior to the start of the course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be given the option for either a full refund or a transfer to another available course. 

NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY

This conference will have a professional photographer and videographer filming at the event.  By participating in this event, you give IMAPS the right to use photographs or video recordings taken of you for educational or promotional purposes and for possibly sharing on social media and the IMAPS website.
