Submit your abstract for the Wire Bonding 2025 Workshop in San Diego February 3-4, 2025

If you are in the wire bonding space, here's an opportunity to present at this unique workshop February 3-4, 2025 in San Diego.

The objective of the Wire Bonding Workshop is to have a forum that brings together scientists, engineers, manufacturing, academia, and marketing people who have been working in the area of wire bonding. It has been organized to allow for the presentation and debate of some of the latest technologies out there related to the use of wire bonding in battery pack, semiconductor and microelectronic packaging.

Those wishing to present a 25-minute technical talk (+5 mins Q&A) at the workshop can submit a ~250 word abstract.
