Registration Inclusions
Member, Non-member, Speaker/Chair, and Student conference registration fees include:
- Access to all keynotes, panels, technical sessions, and featured content.
- IMAPS individual membership extension or membership renewal valid through one year from the registration date.
*Does not apply to corporate or affiliate memberships
Attendees are invited to add Professional Development Courses to any registration for an additional fee.

How to Register
- Click here to register as a Member, Non-Member, Speaker, Chair, Student, or Corporate Partner.
- Select your registration type from the available options.
- Add optional Professional Development Courses.
- Make payment online with a credit card.
- Receive a confirmation via email. This will not include your login details for the conference. You will receive that in a separate email prior to the event.
Cancellation Policy
Registrations may be cancelled without penalty with written notice on/before February 15. Cancellations requested after February 15 will not be refunded. However, an attendee may transfer registration for the symposium and/or any applicable Professional Development Courses to another prospective attendee at any point prior to March 1, 2022 with proper written notification provided to IMAPS. To request a transfer, please notify IMAPS at info@imaps.org.
Special Note About PDCs:
PDC courses are subject to cancellation by event organizers at any point prior to the start of the course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be given the option for either a full refund or a transfer to another available course.
