DPC Registration will remain OPEN through May 14, 2021 

Full conference registration After April 15 will give the attendee access to: 

  • ALL LIVE CONTENT including Keynote presentations, panels, sessions, etc. are already recorded and available for viewing 
    through the Virtual Conference Portal until May 14, 2021. 
    • (with the exception of PDCs)
  • Extended Abstracts one download sent to the registrant by email.  Provided by April 21. 
    • (Presentations pending presenter submission and authorization) 
  • Corporate Partner profile pages can still be viewed but will not be actively monitored/ live chat disabled.
    • You can still reach out to the company using the Contact Us form. 
  • IMAPS individual membership extension or membership renewal.
    • Does not apply to Corporate Level or Affiliates.

  1. Select your registration type from the available options.  (Member, Non-Member, Student, etc.) 
  2. Make payment online with a credit card. 
  3. Receive a confirmation via email. This will NOT include your login details for the conference. 
    1. You will receive this from and there will be a slight delay between your registration and receiving your login credentials.

Registration Inclusions 
Applies to registrations made April 15 and prior

Member, Non-member, Speaker/Chair, and Student conference registration fees include:

  • Access to all live and on-demand keynotes, panels, technical sessions, and featured content beginning on April 12, 2021 for one (1) person.
    • On-demand presentations can be view through the conference portal until May 14,2021.
  • One (1) download of the Conference extended abstracts. (Presentations pending presenter submission and authorization) 
    • This will be sent to attendees via email roughly two weeks after the closing of the event.
  • IMAPS individual membership extension or membership renewal valid through one year from the registration date.
    *Does not apply to corporate or affiliate memberships

Attendees are invited to add Professional Development Courses to any registration for an additional fee, which includes:

  • Access to one live two-hour course per registration
    *PDCs are offered in a live format only, and will not be replayed or available on-demand.

How to Register

  1. Click here to register as a Member, Non-Member, Speaker, Chair, Student, or Corporate Partner.
  2. Select your registration type from the available options. 
  3. Add optional Professional Development Courses.
  4. Make payment online with a credit card. 
  5. Receive a confirmation via email. This will not include your login details for the conference.  You will receive that in a separate email prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees for the symposium, professional development courses, or any other paid access content are nonrefundable. 

Cancellations will not be refunded under any circumstances. However, an attendee may transfer registration for the symposium and/or any applicable Professional Development Courses to another prospective attendee at any point prior to April 1, 2021 with proper written notification provided to IMAPS. Transfers will not be permitted after the virtual event has opened on April 12, 2021. To request a transfer, please notify IMAPS at

Special Note About PDCs:
PDC courses are subject to cancellation by event organizers at any point prior to the start of the course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be given the option for either a full refund or a transfer to another available course.
