Registration Details

Register by February 3rd and save up to $100.

Registration Inclusions: 

Member, Non-member, Speaker/Chair, Student and Chapter Officer conference registration fees include:
  • Access to all technical sessions, exhibits, meals, refreshment breaks
  • One (1) download of presentations
  • A one-year IMAPS individual membership or membership renewal*
    *Does not apply to corporate or affiliate memberships. 

Exhibit Visitors (Guest) can register in advance only if reserving a lunch ticket. The complimentary registration is available on-site during show hours. Exhibit Visitor registration includes:

  • Access to the exhibit hall during show hours, including the reception in the exhibit hall
    This registration does not include access to any speaker sessions or PDCs, technical content, or attendee lists.

Attendees are invited to add Professional Development Courses to any registration for an additional fee which includes:

  • Access to one two-hour course per registration
  • One (1) hard copy of the course instructional materials*
    *Electronic copies of the course materials are not provided. Each course registrant receives one hard copy only. Additional copies of the conference materials can be purchased after the conclusion of the course for $425 pending availability.

Professional Development Course:
Each Course Registration is additional to the conference registration. Choose "PDC Only" as registration type if not attending the conference. Maximum of 1 course per time slot can be selected.

How to Register

  1. Click here to register for your Member, Non-Member, Speaker, Chair, Chapter Officer, Student, or Exhibits Visitor with Lunch badge.*
  2. Select your registration type from the available options. 
  3. Add optional Professional Development Courses in the morning and/or afternoon of Monday, March 1st.
  4. Make payment online with a credit card. 
  5. Receive a confirmation via email. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact us at (919) 293-5000.

If you wish to pay via credit card over the phone, please call (919) 293-5000 to make your registration over the phone. 

*Exceptions to Online Registrations:
Exhibit visitors who are not reserving a lunch ticket in advance must register at the door. Advance registration is not available for this complimentary pass.
Registrations from exhibiting or sponsoring organizations should not register online. Please complete the badge registration forms provided in your exhibitor kit.


Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and substitutions are due in writing to Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made by February 15, 2020. However, IMAPS will gladly accept substitutions at any point prior to the start of the conference.
